..... Ok like I've been listening to Cradle for about 7 years now. I have every album from around 1989 to present. I have had my share of anylizing everysingle album and had my share of overplaying all of them to an extensive point. They're new album "Thornography"(2006) just leaked today. Its finished downloading and ive been listening to it with hopes of some fuckign bran new ambient dark gothic extreme black metal. So far, no luck. Im not sure what im listening to, because every once in awhile i find my self thinkin "fuck ya this is brutal" and then doing some sort of head nod to a break down. But after it a song ends or when im done hearing a nice melodic riff with some roars, i realize that these are things im down for when im lsitning to like Full Blown CHaos or like As I Lay Dying or maybe even and i mean liek a big ass MAYBE Impaled Nazaren; But mos def not Cradle of Filth. Cradle is the epitomy of melodic/symphonic/dark/black metal. They are the true sons of extreme metal no matter what anyone says. For about 12 years they've done demonic musik and they've done it right. Even "Nymphetemine"(2004), once i got used to it, it was indeed not far from what they do best. Thornography is something else. Its good. Its brutal. Its new. But for a true Cradle fan, it is disapointing. So far, from song 1 until about song 7, the only track with keys is the intro. What the fuck is that? Theres only two things that can explain this phenomeon; Either Cradle is truely tired of the Gothic Metal scene and is attempting something new for their own tastes, wich isnt a bad thing, just... ya different. OR since this new "xcore" scene with metalcore and hardcore bands has really hit it off with the metal fans, Cradle of Filth is finally stooping down to the level of creating what people want to hear.... Both scenerios are sort of disapointing, but even seeing the Nymphetemine video on American MTV I though "Wtf is Cradle toning down for??...." Ive read some interviews that a few mags have had with the band and im still not satisfied. Too rap up this rant; Thornography is some good metal. Its brutal and the lyrics own. Very melodic and mean. Good moshing music, and must be a definite blast for a live show..... until you see that Cradle of Filth created it.

Ok so i know that atleaste half maybe even more then half of the home owners in SanDiego or LA have some sort of like House Maid. Like some one who cleans the rooms and stuff like every wednesday. Something along those lines or even like gardeners or something. Ive come to the conclusion on why this is so common here in SoCal. I knoe that liek when we say liek "Oh the house maids coming" or liek "those are my gardeners" we sound liek rich snobby bastards to ppl in the mid west or east or even up north. But the reason is, is because we're so close to mexico and like all the immigtrants know that its an easy job that we can pay for that they can do and they can get paid under the table and everything. Like im sure that Ohio or like Tenessee doesnt have mexicans chillin in there state so house maids or gardeners cost a lot more.... So ya thats my spiel.
